At Stoehr Companies, we are committed to the highest standards of safety on all our projects. We view this as, not only a legal requirement, but a moral one.
As such, we strive to adhere to, and often exceed, all OSHA, MOSH, federal, state and local safety guidelines. Our detailed corporate safety program provides for employee safety orientations and ongoing training, individualized safety plans for each and every project, and regular on-site safety inspections.
Our Safety Loss Prevention Manual, which includes hazardous communications procedures and an extensive fall protection program, is readily available from our jobsite superintendent on all projects.
Our field superintendents have all achieved their OSHA 30 hour certifications. In addition, to First Aid and CPR Training, all of our field personnel also have received certification in RF Safety Awareness, Crane Safety, Small Equipment Operations, Bloodborne Pathogen training, Erosion and Sediment Control, Silica in the Workplace, COVID Awareness, Hazard Communications and basic Electrical Safety. And our EMR remains consistantly below the industry average.
We make every effort to ensure the safety of our employees, our subcontractor workforce, our site visitors, and the public, as evidenced by our more than 5,000 consecutive accident-free work days through 2021.
